Robert E. Kraemer II
President, Cops and Kids Foundation
Bob Kraemer is president of Cops and Kids Foundation. He is responsible for the strategic vision and overall direction of the foundation. Bob began his career in the private sector with the U-Haul Company while he was still in high school. He moved through the ranks and held the title of Fleet Maintenance Manager responsible for sixty employees when he left that position in 1994 to start his full time law enforcement career. Bob retired as a police officer January 2010. He has worked the last nine years in the community policing division helping to shape young kids lives. He was responsible for the fund raising, budget, grants and coordination of all outreach programs.
Robert E. Kraemer III
Vice President, Cops and Kids Foundation
Rob is Vice President of the Cops and Kids Foundation. He helps oversee strategic direction, marketing, operations and grant writing for the foundation. Rob grew up in Lisbon, WI and graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a B.A. in Political Science. Rob is a former police officer who left his position to help found Cops and Kids and pursue a career in the nonprofit industry. Rob currently resides in Milwaukee where he works as a Resource Development Account Manager for a large nonprofit organization.
Treasurer, Cops and Kids Foundation
Tony is Treasurer for Cops and Kids Foundation. He is responsible for the integrity and operation of all financial, accounting, and compliance activities. Tony has been self-employed as an individual financial consultant since May 1991. He is responsible for the filing of over 350 individual tax returns and Processes quarterly payroll reports and preparation of over 35 small business and corporate tax returns. Prior to that he was a Volunteer treasurer for Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling, Inc. and an agent for the Internal Revenue Service
Secretary, Cops and Kids Foundation
Debbie is secretary for Cops and Kids Foundation. She is responsible for fundraising leadership and helps develop, prioritize and implement fundraising initiatives. Debbie has more than twenty years experience in the health Insurance Industry, specializing in employee benefit plan management. Prior to joining Cops and Kids, she has been a volunteer with the Cops & Bobbers, Gutter Busters, Badges & Bulls Eyes Programs. Debbie has been active with the Police Athletic League (PAL) as well as other community programs.
Leonard F. Meyer
Leonard is currently the Director of Facilities at the Milwaukee Hilton. He has held that position since 2008, holding the same position at the Grand Geneva Resort and the Pfister previously. Lenny was a full time police officer from 1978 -1986 In the City of Greenfield. When he moved into the private sector he remained a police officer on a part time basis for twenty five years. He is currently employed as an officer with the Town of Waterford. He has been very active in community programs for the last 10 years.
Donald R. Schnoor Jr.
Don has been employed as the Foreman of Pavement marking at Poblocki Paving Corporation for the last 15 years. He was a Wisconsin National Guard Member from 1983 to 1993. Married with 3 sons, Don has been very active with Pewaukee government. He has been an avid volunteer for the Community Programs in his area.
Maurice “Reece” Robinson III
As a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology in 1982, Reece began his career in advanced technology medical imaging with General Electric Medical Systems Today Reece is an Associate Radiology Account Manager with GE Healthcare. During the 1990’s, Reece began working with several volunteer agencies to give back to the community where he lived and worked. He worked closely with The Women’s Center, Inc., and became involved with the local chapter of the American Red Cross serving as a Disaster Action Team member for Waukesha County. Since his ARC inception, Reece has held leadership roles on a local and national level supporting disaster relief operations. Reece also worked with Community Service Officer Bob Kraemer and the City of Pewaukee Police Department as a volunteer with the “Cops & Bobbers”, “Gutter Busters”, and “Badges & Bulls-Eye” programs. Reece became the citizen representative with Crime Stoppers of Waukesha County, Inc, an organization operated through the District Attorney’s office. Reece remains deeply committed to helping others through his leadership roles in the American Red Cross Disaster Services unit, and as Board member and Treasurer for Crime Stoppers of Waukesha County, Incorporated.
Jennifer is a graduate of Jackson State University, in Jackson, MS. There she received her B.A. of Business-Entrepreneurship, maintained the Dean’s List, held various leadership titles and became a lady of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Since her graduation she has returned home and currently employed with the Milwaukee Public School System. Her next steps are to attend a Graduate Program for School Psychology to continue to be a helping hand to the youth of today and her community.
